Dinner at the Trough- as promised

On Sunday we went to an amazing restaurant called 'The Trough' in Canmore. The restaurant is careful to cook with local ingredients and everything was perfection. Dad had green curried prawns and scallops and Mom enjoyed the lamb in a tomato/balsamic stew. Out of this world!
