Blueberry Picking

This morning we decided to go Blueberry Picking. It is peak blueberry time here in Massachusetts and we took full advantage. Much fun will be had in Mom and Dad's kitchen in the coming days: canning and baking and freezing. The deal with Blueberry picking for Eva is that she has been looking forward to it since she received "Blueberries for Sal"; a classic by Robert McClosky and by far Eva's favourite book of all time. The tale of a young lady who enjoys eating more than picking who runs into some furry friends whilst enjoying the sound of "Kurplink, Kurplank, Kurplunk" in her tin pail. Yes- tin pails were bought for our own blueberry excursion.
So where to go? Well- let me tell you. Tougas Farmis your place. This farm is amazing. Every fruit MASS agriculture can ripen and a wonderful playground, petting farm and kitchen with fresh treats.
