The final result. Delish- quite moist and fluffy- but has a great 'substantial' feel to it in the tummy. We enjoyed it for supper with Turkey, goat cheese and cranberry sauce. A real shout-out to our Thanksgiving feast.

Challah!
Eva and I tackled Martha's Pumpkin Challah today. It was about a 7 on the 'pain in the bum' scale... so all in all... not so bad. Eva was a big fan of mixing the pumpkin/honey/spices and 'making hand prints' AKA kneading.
The final result. Delish- quite moist and fluffy- but has a great 'substantial' feel to it in the tummy. We enjoyed it for supper with Turkey, goat cheese and cranberry sauce. A real shout-out to our Thanksgiving feast.
